​Talent Scouting

We want to help interested adolescents to find their vocations according to their individual talents. Because of our cooperation with the adolescents we get to know them better. Then we have the possibility to broaden their mind relating to different professions.

The result of our Talent Scouting is open and we take a whole morning or afternoon time for each adolescent. First of all we introduce the different occupational areas of the ROSEN Group in Lingen (Ems) with the help of an abstract, which shows the process of product appearance. Then the adolescent can pick some interesting fields and we provide them an insight into those working areas. This can be a short visit, possibilities of education, necessary talents, but also the discussion with employees of the department. Like that the adolescents get an individual insight to interesting working areas and can benefit from the experiences of the employees.

After the visit of the interesting working areas, we will sit together for a short reflection and clear open questions. In addition there will be the possibility to talk about the day and find out together, which occupational areas are still a possibility or whether he or she discovered new interesting working areas. In the end of the day we hope to create new points of reference for the following path of life.
